At Work: Brooke specializes in the preparation and submittal of reimbursement claims to Indiana’s Excess Liability Trust Fund (ELTF) and Ohio’s Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Regulation Compensation Board (PUSTR CB). Brooke has submitted over $55 million in reimbursement claims on behalf of our clients and is responsible for Creek Run’s 98% reimbursement average.
