At Work: Chris has extensive experience managing environmental projects and conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, initial site characterizations, and corrective action/remediation work plans. His expertise includes underground storage tank (UST) removal and closure, remediation design and implementation, and environmental compliance with federal and state regulations related to leaking USTs. Chris is also experienced with Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) Brownfields programs, risk-based closure strategies, Excess Liability Trust Fund (ELTF) reimbursement processes, and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management’s (IDEM) Remediation Closure Guide.

Education: B.S. in Geology, University of Kentucky
