In October 2024, Creek Run, LLC completed the acquisition of American Environmental Corporation which now operates as AEC, LLC. This has strengthened the company’s services and geographic footprint over the past year. Bringing AEC into the Creek Run family has allowed both teams to combine their experience, share resources, and continue providing consistent and reliable environmental consulting to clients across the region.
Over the last year, the integration has helped broaden Creek Run’s capabilities in several key areas, including environmental drilling, emergency management planning, and compliance services. AEC’s staff has brought valuable field experience and technical knowledge, which compliments Creek Run’s existing strengths and has helped increased overall project capacity.
The acquisition has also expanded Creek Run’s reach throughout Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Illinois. Both teams have worked together to align processes and maintain the level of service clients expect while ensuring day to day operations continued smoothly during the transition.
Looking back on the past year, the acquisition of AEC has proven to be a positive step for both organizations.
